Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Kamil Niziński (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes information in connection with the DP Import Plugin (“Plugin”), the PRO license verification service, and the DP Import documentation website.

Controller

The controller of information processed by the license verification service and this website is:

The administrator of each WordPress website using the Plugin controls the profile and review data imported into that website and is responsible for its own privacy notices and legal obligations.

Information We Process

The PRO license verification service receives:

  • The API key entered by the WordPress administrator
  • The website address sent in the HTTP Origin header
  • Standard request information, such as IP address, date and time, user agent, response status, and security logs

The key and website address are sent when a key is saved or updated. They are also sent when PRO entitlement is checked during profile updates. Invalid keys may also be submitted because the service must verify their validity.

If you contact us, we process the information contained in your message and the contact details you provide so that we can respond. When you visit this website, its hosting infrastructure receives standard technical request information needed to deliver and secure the pages.

Plugin Data Stored Locally

The Plugin imports publicly accessible specialist profile data, ratings, and reviews from a Docplanner regional platform selected by the WordPress administrator. This may include a specialist’s name, profile URL, image, specializations, rating, review author name, review text, score, and publication date.

Imported profile and review content is stored in the administrator’s WordPress database. It is not sent to our license verification service. The Plugin removes its imported tables and saved license settings when it is uninstalled through WordPress. Removing an individual profile also removes reviews associated with that profile.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Where data protection law applies, we process information for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • Verifying PRO access and authorized domains as necessary to provide the requested service or perform an agreement
  • Preventing abuse, diagnosing errors, and securing the service based on our legitimate interests in operating it safely
  • Responding to enquiries as necessary to take requested steps, perform an agreement, or manage legitimate correspondence
  • Meeting legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations where applicable

We do not use license verification data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Retention

License and domain records are retained while needed to issue, verify, administer, or protect PRO access. They may be retained longer where necessary to comply with law, document transactions, resolve disputes, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Technical logs are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and service operation, after which they are deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law or to investigate abuse. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related obligations.

Recipients and External Services

Information may be processed by:

  • Hosting and technical service providers acting on our behalf
  • Professional advisers or public authorities where disclosure is required or legally justified
  • Google when this documentation website loads the Archivo font through Google Fonts

Separately, the Plugin connects directly from the administrator’s WordPress server to the selected Docplanner regional platform to retrieve a public profile and reviews. That platform receives the profile URL and standard HTTP request information and processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive that request or the imported content through our verification service.

International Transfers

Some service providers or external platforms may process information outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where we are responsible for such a transfer, we use an applicable legal mechanism and safeguards required by data protection law. Transfers made directly by a WordPress website to a selected Docplanner platform are controlled by that website’s administrator.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise a right concerning the license verification service or this website, contact contact@kamilnizinski.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland or another competent supervisory authority.

Requests concerning profile or review content stored by a website using the Plugin should be directed to that website’s administrator.

Cookies and Fonts

This documentation website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. It loads the Archivo font from Google Fonts, which causes your browser to request font resources from Google and disclose standard HTTP request information, including your IP address, user agent, and the requested resource. The Google Fonts API does not set cookies.

The Plugin itself does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Children

The Plugin and its verification service are intended for website administrators and professional use. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Plugin, the service, or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Material changes will apply from publication or from a later date stated in the updated policy.
